This is already our 6th season of AZYL together

AZYL by Broadway w Polsce is a unique, intimate space for artistic encounters in Warsaw, operating since 2020 at the initiative of Jakub Wocial – an award-winning musical theatre artist known for his roles on both Polish and international stages. The idea was born during pandemic restrictions, when the need for close contact with the audience met the necessity of limited seating, which shaped the intimate nature of these events.

Thanks to the intimate format, every meeting is unique – these are moments where the audience and artists co-create the atmosphere, and the exchange of energy between them ensures that no two evenings are ever the same.

Although Azyl has been held in various locations, it is the people – the artists and the audience – who give it its unique character. We are incredibly pleased to begin our sixth season in partnership with the Dom Kultury Śródmieście – Scena na Smolnej, a place close to Jakub Wocial's heart.
